For a deliciously fun twist on dessert, serve ice cream in bowls made out of yummy cookie dough!
TO MAKE:
Using a hand mixer, cream together 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix in 1 large egg.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose fl our, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Divide dough into six balls.
Turn a standard-size muffi n pan over and lightly grease with butter.
Mold and fl atten dough over the muffi n cups to make a bowl shape.
Bake in a 350°F oven for 6 to 8 minutes until dough looks dry and set.
Let cool completely on the pan.
Once cool, gently twist each cookie bowl to release.
Serve ice cream in the bowls and add rainbow sprinkles on top.
