STRAWBERRY FRUIT WHIP


GET YOUR DAY OFF TO A HEALTHY START WITH THIS FRUITY DRINK.

     

Combine 2 cups chilled apple juice, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 ripe banana (sliced), and 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt in a blender.

Process until smooth.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve.

Serves 2.
